Returns & Exchanges

At Trinity Gift Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gift isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to start the return process and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original box with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
